Well-being involves five specific areas of life: Career, Social, Financial, Physical, and Community. Because these areas are connected, a struggle in one often affects the others.

In this session, we will look at how these elements work together and discuss practical ways to improve each one.

In this session, we will cover:

  • Career: How to feel better about what you do every day.

  • Social: Ways to build stronger and more supportive relationships.

  • Financial: How to manage your money to reduce daily stress.

  • Physical: Simple habits to keep your health and energy up.

  • Community: The benefit of feeling connected to the place where you live.
