Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. This 1 hour event will present meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that help us let go of our stressed and anxious minds, find peace of mind and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
Everyone is welcome, no need for any previous experience of meditation.

What to bring:
A Notepad and Pen: I will be sharing ways of thinking and practical techniques. Many people find it helpful to jot down a few insights or specific meditation steps to remember later.
An Open Mind: You don't need to be Buddhist to attend; just bringing a willingness to try a new perspective is enough.
No Experience Necessary: Don't worry if you’ve never meditated before. I will guide the meditations step-by-step.
