  • Practising digital boundaries: Setting rules for your technology usage to protect your focus and energy.

  • Recognising early signs of mental health concerns: Understanding the patterns that lead to burnout or overwhelm.

  • Supporting others emotionally: How a clearer mindset helps you foster better connections with those around you.
