Mind-Body Recharge is a live online wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reset your energy, and set meaningful intentions. All from the comfort of your home.

Through a gentle blend of yoga, guided meditation, and intention-setting, youโ€™ll be guided through a restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, off-balance, or just in need of a soulful pause, this is your space to recharge.

No experience required. Just come as you are.

What Youโ€™ll Experience

๐Ÿง˜Yin Yoga (30 min)
How It Feels:

  • Grounding

  • Quiet and introspective

  • Deeply relaxing, yet challenging in its stillness

  • Emotional or meditative (sometimes sensations or feelings arise as tension releases)

๐ŸŒฌ Guided Meditation (15 min)
A calming practice to release tension, settle the mind, and tune into the present moment.

๐Ÿ“ Intention-Setting & Journaling (20 min)
Reflect on where you are and where youโ€™re headed. Youโ€™ll be guided through prompts to help clarify your energy, focus, and next steps.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Optional Group Sharing (15 min)
End with light connection and community. You'll have the opportunity to share insights or simply be present with others.
