With everything going on lately, it is easy to feel a bit drained. This session is designed to help you ground yourself and build steady resilience for the months ahead.

WHAT WE’LL DO
Breathwork to calm the mind and settle the nervous system.
A steady yoga flow to build physical strength and focus.
A deep relaxation to finish and fully reset.
WHAT TO BRING
Personal Yoga Mat
Water
A Journal and Pen
A small Blanket or Towel (for the final relaxation)
