20 March is the Spring Equinox. It is a day when day and night are exactly the same length.

A natural moment to stop, take a breath, and find some balance.

With everything going on lately, it is easy to feel a bit drained. This session is designed to help you ground yourself and build steady resilience for the months ahead.

THE DETAILS

  • When: Friday, 20 March 2026

  • Time: 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (Sunset)

  • Where: Dubai JBR (Exact location provided upon RSVP)

WHAT WE’LL DO

  • Breathwork to calm the mind and settle the nervous system.

  • A steady yoga flow to build physical strength and focus.

  • A deep relaxation to finish and fully reset.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Personal Yoga Mat

  • Water

  • A Journal and Pen

  • A small Blanket or Towel (for the final relaxation)
